Do you use our Key'n Go services?

Goldcar offers you an online digitization process of your documentation, a service through your smartphone with which you will be able to provide us with your documents and facilitate the collection process of your vehicle even more.

With Goldcar's document digitalisation experience, once you have finalised your booking you will receive a link via email and an SMS from which you will be able to begin this process from your mobile. Once your documents have been verified in our system, you will not have to repeat this process as long as your documents remain valid.

You can now enjoy this innovative service with your next and Key'n Go services. 

NOTE: To enjoy this service you must have a mobile phone with an internet connection. The process works for the latest versions of the main operative systems. 

How can I digitize my documents?

Just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Book your reservation on our website www.goldcar.es 
  2. We need to verify who you are. Therefore, as well as the booking confirmation, you will receive a second email of which will begin the digitization process of your documents
    This process will only take place once as we need to verify your identity. 
  3. Access the link that we have sent you and follow the steps provided. 
  4. Once you have completed this process, our system will verify your data in order to add it to your booking.
  5. Avoid queues and enjoy your trip without having to pass through our reception.
    Remember: you won't have to complete this process again unless one of your documents becomes invalid. 
  6. You can now enjoy your trip! 

Frequently asked questions 

Do I have to carry out the process each time I book with Goldcar?

No! This process is only available for Key'N Go and bookings. The user only needs to provide their documents the first time that they use these services. From then on, as long as the documents are valid and have not been renewed, the user will not have to repeat the digitalization process. 

What do I do if I don't receive the email to begin the digitalization process?

Firstly, check your SPAM folder or junk mail. If you have not received it, you can contact us via telephone and we will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

What happens if I don't complete the digitalization process?

If for some reason (low image quality , documents in poor conditions, etc...) you can't complete the digitalization process, don't worry! You're booking will still be active. You will just have to pass by the reception before collecting your vehicle to verify your identity.
