Regarding your reservation

Our customer services department is dealing with a lot of queries due to the current situation. You can modify or cancel your reservation in your customer area.

If you have an active booking,We ask that you please check your email as we will communicate with you via this channel. If you have reserved through an agency or third party please contact them directly.


Your safety, as well as the safety of our people, is our #1 priority!


We want to guarantee you total peace of mind when you rent a car with us. For that reason, we follow the recommendations of the WHO and local authorities and our team has been trained to apply physical distance measures, hand washing and disinfection.What we do?

  • The most common surfaces around the driver's seat of the car are carefully cleaned.
  • Extra measures at the counters and Key'n GO machines with disinfection between client and client
  • Zero Contact: the disinfected car key is delivered in a sealed envelope.
  • Our employees have masks and gloves
  • Installation of distance delimiters and protective screens
  • We have at your disposal a handwashing gel


Information regarding our countries

  • Spain

We are closed temporarily some of our offices in Spain and we will maintain them opened only to receive cars from customers once their rental concluded.


We offer flexible booking modifications (except when choosing non-refundable rates) and free cancellations (in all our rates for Spain up to 14 days after the date foreseen in the reservation for the collection of the vehicle). Refund requests, based on the measures taken by the Spanish government, are offered through a voucher that you can redeem on your next reservation with Goldcar. The validity period of the voucher is 12 months from the state of alarm ends. After which, upon request, the remaining amount is paid. At any time you can manage your booking in your customer area.

  • France

We have moved towards the temporary closure of our offices in France. We will keep them open exclusively to receive cars that are returned by customers at the end of their rental.


We offer flexible booking modifications (except when choosing non-refundable rates) and free cancellations (in all our rates for France up to 30 days after the date foreseen in the reservation for the collection of the vehicle). Refund requests, based on the measures taken by the French government, are offered through a voucher that can be exchanged on the next reservation with Goldcar. The validity period of the voucher is 18 months after which, upon request, the remaining amount is paid.

  • Portugal

We have temporarily closed some of our rental offices in Portugal. We will maintain them open just for the vehicle return. We offer flexible booking modifications (except when choosing non-refundable rates) and free cancellations.

  • Italy and rest of countries

Cancellations:


The majority of our rates will benefit from free of charge cancellation until your pick-up time for rentals until 30th of June.
