A three-wheeled electric car designed by Lotus

This beautiful picture is the latest prototype of the two-seater electric car, to be known as ZAP Alias and that is being developed by the British firm Lotus.
One of the greatest curiosities of this vehicle is that it combines a sporty design with an ecological concept. What is most surprising is that the ZAP Alias runs on only three wheels.
The most fascinating fact of all, is its possible final price, which amounts to 15,000 pounds (about 20,000 euros).
The ZAP Alias can reach a maximum speed of 241 kilometers per hour and its acceleration is spectacular, from 0 to 96 miles per hour at 5′7 seconds. Why is it so fast? Because it is equipped with two electric motors that supply power to both front wheels reaching 322 PS.
The advantage of electric motors for the environment are fascinating because they are absolutely ecological and do not produce gas emissions to the atmosphere.
The ZAP Alias will go on sale starting next year, but it is more than likely that the final sale date be delayed considerably.
