Impressive car don´t you think? Well, believe it or not, this awesome car was born in Valencia, Spain, direct from the GTA motor team.

The first super sports car manufactured in Spain will be called GTA concept and will cost around 600,000 euros. This super car will come equipped with a motor or more than 700 CV that will reach 340 km/h. In addition, the chasis is made from carbon fiber and titanium.

But, only 99 people will be lucky enough to buy this beauty due to the limited units that will be a available for purchase. Up to now only eight persons have reserved the GTA Concept, but in time the quota will be filled. Ford has announced that its new small model will keep the name “Fiesta“, throughout the world and has confirmed its manufacturing factory to be in Almussafes (Valencia) in 2009 and in addition in Cologne (Germany).

The Fiesta was first manufactured in Almussafes in 1976. Since its first production over thirty years ago until now sales have surpassed 12 million units.

The new model keeps intact the innovative design of the Concept Verve which was presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show  in the autumn of 2007, thus demonstrating that conceptual designs can be transferred to the production by providing the vehicle with style, sophistication and excitement.
The new Fiesta will be officially presented in the next Geneva Motor Show.

The model will have the same dynamic character according to its elegant ‘kinetic design‘ style, that points to the energy of movement.

Dynamic driving engineers also worked hard to improve the driving comfort of the Fiesta and tried to isolate the sound of the road, the wind and the mechanics of the vehicle, and give the new model an impressively quiet driving quality for a small car.

A new novelty to the Fiesta line for the European market is the popular Ford Duratec 1.6 Ti-VCT engine. This 115hp engine with variable distribution, provides a well balanced mix of performance and economy. It presents an increase in benefits  of 15hp over the previous Fiesta without this representing any consumption penalties.

The Fiesta line also offers Duratec 1.25 (60 y 80 CV) y 1.4 (91 CV) gasoline engines.

The two diesel common rail Duratorq TDCi, el 1.4 (68 CV) and the  1.6 (90 CV) engines, have been improved with a revised injection technology and more advanced electronics.

The Fiesta also offers a Durashift 5-speed manual transmission or 4 speed automatic transmission, and has a 1.4 Duratec engine of 91 hp with excellent efficacy and quality changes.

Car brands tend to be very creative with their commercial spots. One of the cutest one I found is the commernical for the  new Ford Focus.

Curious and very elaberated, each of the 31 instruments used in the spot were made based on different parts of the car.

The responsibles of this awesome new video for the new Ford Focus are composer Craig Richey and designer Bill Milbrodt.  The latter is the director of  The Car Music Project, a band founded in 1994 that uses car parts as instruments.

What about this Pepita Fiat 500? We are talking about a gold car in exhibition in Rome,  at the forum Scrigno, Tesori d’Italia.

The curious thing about this car is that it is painted with a layer of 24 carat gold  , which makes its price shoot up to 60,000 euros.

This golden Fiat has Pirelli PZERO tires also bathed in gold that give it a peculiar look.

The luxury is also shown on the dashboard coated with Australian mother of pearl,as  the hand brake, shifter and the pedals with Swarovski crystals. And to top things off  the mats are made of cashmere.

Buyers can choose crocodile, snake, shark, skate or lizard, leather seat covers , as well as being able to choose from 48 kinds of precious stones to dcorate its interior.

Seat gets up on speed and will installs a GPS navigator system as a buying option on all their new models such as the Leon, Altea XL Altea and Toledo.

The navigator that the Spanish car brand  incorporate  is manufactured by Siemens, while the maps are by Navteq. It seems that Chevrolet does not want it to be just a GPS it has alsoequipped it with a 30 GB hard drive so we could input all our multimedia content and maps.

As if that were not enough, You can play CD’s or DVD’s because it also comes with a CD reader. It also receives traffic alerts and has a Bluetooth adapter.

The display of this built-in GPS is a touch-type of 6.5 inches and also has an input line to connect our mp3. Its price ranges from 2,400 to 1,900 euros.

The advertising campaigns never stop amazing us. for instance, the Mini is one of the most brilliant things I have seen in years. It is a tribute that has become the trademark to promote the Rome Film Festival.

Mini has wanted to pay a very special tribute to four geniuses of the cinema. The first relates to the mythical scene of Pulp Fiction in which  a shot escapes in the interior of a vehicle, a great tribute to Quentin Tarantino. 

The second of the tributes, corresponds to the far past with ‘The Birds’ from Alfred Hitchcock. In this image we can see many gull depositions , which terrifies us just to think about it.

The images with the gray Mini are related to scenes of the king of Spaghetti Western, Sergio Leone’s , unloading of a Colt 45, and the blurred vision of the world of Danish Lars Von Trier.
